We collect the information you provide directly, including your email address, username, password, and any profile information such as a display name, biography, or profile photo. If you register using Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We also collect content you submit within the app, including ratings, reviews, lists, and messages, as well as basic device and usage data necessary to operate the app. Profile photos are automatically screened for inappropriate content prior to acceptance.
We use the information we collect to operate your account, personalize your experience within the app, moderate content in accordance with our Terms of Service, and send you transactional communications and, where applicable, notifications you have requested.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with third-party service providers that support the operation of Vull, including providers of authentication, hosting, content moderation, and email delivery services, as well as third parties that supply music catalog and streaming data. Should Vull introduce advertising or analytics in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and any consent required by applicable law or platform policy will be obtained prior to such use.
You may access, update, or delete most of your information directly within the app. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact support@vull.app.
Vull is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date and, where appropriate, communicated within the app.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
