By creating an account or otherwise using Vull, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Vull.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Vull. If you are under the age of legal consent required in your jurisdiction, you may use Vull only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us at support@vull.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any reviews, ratings, lists, and other content you submit through Vull ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Vull a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the app. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Vull may offer optional paid subscription services ("Vull Plus"). Subscription price, duration, and renewal terms are disclosed within the app prior to purchase and constitute the authoritative pricing information, not this page. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period, and may be managed or cancelled only through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not within the Vull app. Free trials, where offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of the applicable app store.
Vull incorporates data and services provided by third parties, including Spotify, Last.fm, and Odesli/song.link. Vull does not control and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of information obtained from these sources.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vull for any violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Vull is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vull and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vull following any such revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
